Dru yoga is suitable for all abilities.  I teach movements to improve the flexibility of spine and joints, and relaxation techniques to aid stress relief. 

My classes are structured to suit all levels of experience and fitness.

Dru yoga is gentle and flowing it is especially helpful for improving flexibility and reducing stress.

I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and have completed a 4 year Teacher Training Course in Dru Yoga

I love Dru yoga as it is so gentle and flowing and the practice has helped to improve my spine and joint mobility.

I originally began yoga classes to help with the pain from arthritis (which it did!) and then went on to study the training course as a way to improve my own practice. Then, one day our teacher didn’t arrive and I ended up taking the class! So………

*After recovering from a very serious illness 3 years ago I’m only able to teach one yoga class at the moment.

The class is small (maximum of 7 people) and ladies only.
