Panic Attacks in Wrexham

Free Initial Consultation
This is in order for the client and therapist to meet and discuss the problem(s) and therapy. There is no obligation for the client to proceed with any form of therapy after this initial consultation.
Hypnoanalysis (£60 per session)
This can be summarised briefly as the doctrine of cause and effect - every symptom must have a cause. During Hypnoanalysis we find and understand the original cause and so permanently relieve the symptoms. This is a long-term effective therapy and those who have undertaken a course of hynpoanalysis report that they have a greater insight into their lives, They feel more relaxed, confident and generally happier with life.
Hypnoanalysis uses the state of hypnosis to help to totally recall past events - it dramatically speeds up analysis - similar results can be achieved within eight to ten sessions that may take more than 1,000 hours using conventional analysis!
The therapy is totally individual and is completely confidential. During each session, in the comfort and privacy of the therapist's office, you will link and connect thoughts, memories and emotions back through time until the original cause of the problem is reached. As an adult you will be able to understand how those events were so difficult to handle. as a child.
Each weekly session lasts approximately 60 minutes, and whilst benefits are felt during the course of therapy, most problems tend to be resolved in a series of experiences towards the end of the period of analysis.
A past event and/or associated emotion may be hidden from the conscious mind, but it is linked with the current protective patterns of behaviour, such as:
- Phobias
- Anxiety
- Panic Attacks
- Anorexia
- Bulimia
- Sexual Problems
- Stammering/Stuttering
- Self-Harming
- Hair plucking
- Obsessions/OCD
- Sleep Problems
- Social Anxiety
- Blushing
- Nail Biting
- Shy Bladder
- Fear of Flying
- Nightmares
- Lack of Confidence
- Poor Self Image
- Alcohol Abuse
- Fear of Public Speaking
In enabling past events to be re-examined and the emotion released, those patterns of unwanted behaviour, which are no longer appropriate, end. Recalling past events and emotions in the safety of the consulting room relieves the symptom permanently.
Stopping Smoking Fee £160
Smoking can be one of the most difficult habits to stop. The stopping smoking therapy gives the client something more beneficial to take the place of smoking - an immediate benefit of feeling healthier, having more energy, being in control, a feeling of calm and relaxation and a sense of pride and pleasure at becoming a non-smoker. The therapy will re-educate the unconscious part of your mind about smoking, allowing you to accept yourself as a healthy non-smoker. A back-up CD will also be given for use during the following few weeks. This therapy has an exceptionally high rate of success.
Suggestion Therapy Fee £60 per session
The first session is used to identify the areas to be changed, and the techniques I will use to effect those changes. This therapy is uniquely built around your own individual requirements using language and techniques that you feel comfortable and at ease with. The second session will be to put you into a deep state of relaxation and to give you the suggestion therapy as discussed. A back-up CD will be provided where appropriate.
This form of therapy is probably the best known use of hypnosis. It makes use of a heightened susceptibility in order to change habits and to build confidence. It is known especially for its high success rate in the problem areas:
- Stopping Smoking
- Improving Poor Eating Habits
- Losing Weight
- Driving Test Nerves
- Motivation and Prioritising
- Changing Habits
- Exam Nerves
- Confidence
and many other areas
Suggestion therapy makes no attempt to deal with the cause of bad habits and is only recommended when the problems are not acute. If the client experiences more than one of the above problems, then analytical therapy is recommended.
I may also use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and / or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) if appropriate.
